1 : to cut roughly or clumsily : HACK
2 : archaic : to annoy or exhaust with wrangling

          When it comes to negotiation on behalf of my buyers or sellers, I understand what it really means to negotiate, therefore I do better at it than most agents. That is my value to a client. Nobody can negotiate anything over the fax machine, so every opportunity I get to negotiate a contract, I meet in person with the other party to make sure that we reach an agreement.
